Terry Richardson was the 2011 recipient of the prestigious Stroud Jordan Award given by the American Association of Candy Technologist to persons making a significant contribution to the technology of confection and chocolate manufacturing.
He is an inductee of the Candy Hall of Fame. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Food Science and Technology (UK). A member of the American Association of Candy Technologists, and the Institute of Food Technologists. He has also published dozens of papers and has made several presentations to both the P.M.C.A. and A.A.C.T.
He was the 2010 Member of the Year for the Northern California AACT.
Terry Richardson is a graduate of the London Borough Polytechnic in Confectionery and Chocolate Technology and of the College of South West Essex in Business Management. He has worked in top technical and production positions for major companies throughout the Western World for 60 years. Mr. Richardson has owned his consultancy business for over 42 years and holds several patents for new products and processes.
